Can anyone show me how to do the scud bug online? i've found other threads here but it doesn't look

Can anyone show me how to do the scud bug online? i've found other threads here but it doesn't look like it's the right one. the thread that i saw said to press Q and hold the shift button but that doesn't work. any help is greatly appreciated!

well since im nice i will give you all the cheats for zh iv been
playing the game since it came out and over time i learned every
cheat and im posting them all on my site incz.110mb.com

Their is a bug that is you press a button on your keyboard while selecting the Scud Storm (any side, even if you're boss general, mod for it), you can launch your scud missiles to any point on the map that is not fog-of-war. I recall the butto was either shift or q, the one that selects aircraft as well. No idea if it works in MP.
