deoxys is not in space he is on birth island but how do u catch him when u get there?

ok guys just to clear this up you have to beat the pokemon legue about 100 times to get the number of succesful launches of rockets at the space centre u get the number from the guy looking out the window on the first level. Then once you have done that you ask the same guy who was saying how many succesful launches there were he will ask if you want to go to space. say yes and you can catch dexsys and jirachi note that unless u didn't use the masterball already you can not catch dexsys or jirachi
