I heard that you have to go to the space center in Mossdeep. Then you do whatever u gotta. Then u gotta catch 100 pokemon, which is a pain in the it really makes me i'm not sure it works cuz i lost my game after i caught like 50 some pokemon So in theory, once u catch 100 pokemon, you talk to some guy in the space center, and he lets u go into space, where you supposedly can find Deoxys.

thats just a lie i caught 110 pokemon and i went to mossdeeb space center and i talk to that man and nothing happen

you need 100 pokemon not 110 pokemon
