What do you mean by clear-out sale?? where is the clear-out sale held? is it at the game corner? because if it is, you have to actually play your game long enough, so two days go by (on your game). It won't work if you have your game power turned off and wait six days (in our time), when you save your game, it also saves your time in your game. Sorry if I was explaining the wrong thing to you, I don't quite know what you mean by clear-out sale. lol ^-^

You don't have to wait two days in the game, but every once in a while, look at a tv, and the sale will be closer to happening. it is on the lilycove pokemart's roof, and you can only go there once (until another sale comes), so buy all the stuff you want all at once (it is all stuff for a secret base).
