Well you have to get the pokemon wailord (the evoloution of wailmer) and put it in your pokemon team (a.k.a pokemon party) first. Then you have to have the pokemon relicanth (which does not evolve) in your pokemon team last. That's how you get the sealed chamber open, but remember you have to swim to the ocean current which is near pacifdlog town to get to the dark patch (the sealed chamber) on route 134 where you dive into, where i've course is the place you'll find the code and you just face the code up on the wall and dive up from there by pressing B. So that is all you need to know on getting there!! ^-^

I know Im just repeating but it might be clearer,
First, find pacifidlog town. surf left, until you find the current. While on the current, aim for the middle the whole way. When in water patch with no current, dive down in dark spot. Surf up, and dont read any of the braille on the slabs. Go to the front of the cavern, look at the braille ON THE WALL and use dig. The wall should open. Then put a wailord in the front of your party and a relocanth in the back.Press "a" on the slab in room 2, and an earthquake should occur. Then, use dig anywhere else in the cave to exit. Fly to deford for regice, mauville for regirock, and forttree for registeel.
