Actually, if you raise Umbreons stats for "special defense, special attack and speed" then it will most likely be unbeatable. I did that with mine, and while playing against other people I never lost, they would only get down about 1/3 of Umbreons HP in battle, and since I have moonlight its just about impossible to beat it. It was shining as well, so I have the best pokemon here.

Just tell the guys on Counter-Strike that you couldn't defuse the bomb because you were stoned. They'll understand.

actually we cant say who is the strongest pokemon becuse its depended on how much the level and the movies that pokemon learn

There is no "best" pokemon.

Pokemon, and there rank just depends on their stats.
