trust me, i had done all cheifs quests cept that one cos i tried it at 3* and failed, just get good carry armour set (BackPacking skill) mega/power juice and ZIG-ZAG is the best tactic for avoiding cepahlos, ***Also recommend paintball the Rathian cos she will drop in on you at some stage if ur unlucky***
