yeah, but if its a low lvl, by the time it transforms it might be missing half its HP. (depending on the opponent)

plus u dont get all the PP 4 the moves.

other than that, i guess it is pretty cool.

It's cool with a team, but on its own its not very effective, it'd have to have good speed to be any good.

It would be no good to have just one strong pokemon, you could be easily defeated, by your pokemon having weakness to others. Having a ditto is good but you know even the legendary pokemon like rayquaza has a weakness, every pokemon does and by themselves they don't do well, but as a team, you'll find you could be beating even the toughest trainers.

Also if I may say so, that ditto's aren't rare or legendary pokemon, their quite common, but yet a good pokemon to have.
