WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw 2006 Message Board  

This is where I get stuck in GM Mode - at the beginning!

Although I've completed GM Mode, I have not completed it properly.

The only way I completed it was by letting the computer do the matchcard, and all I do was to do contracts.

But, who do I give the titles to? I never know whether to give it to the most popular or what? I am stumped with all of them.

Any help on to to assign the titles to, be it Smackdown! or Raw.

To make it clearer for myself and others browsing, could you write the title followed by the superstar, such as:

WWE Title - "superstar name"

then...

wwe/heavyweight...sum1 has lower then 80 popularity

intercont/us.....sum1 has lower than 70

light....sum1 that is not named mysterio,ric flair or hbk

women...sume1 that is not trish stratus;here i suggest sum1 that has the lowest popularity

WWE- Some Who has under 80, Kanes a good Choice, then later on like at the PPV you should give it to some one like John Cena, or Triple H

INTERCONT- Some one in the High 60's to start off with. Like Shelton Benjamin

WOMENS- I start off big with this one and give it to Tish.





SMACKDOWN


HeavyWeight- Some one in the 70's Like Randy Orton, or Eddie Then have him rival with some one like, Undertaker or Batista.

USA- To start Off with someone in the 60's like

Cruiseweight- For Most of the game Have Ray Mysterio As you main Champion.





Ps: I'm Aware that I miss the Tag Team Chapionship, you can work that out your self, And do not Auto Card It Whole Game.

Thanks for writing in titles. It's unfortunate that you left the tag titles out as they are what I find the hardest to assign.

And by the way, I did the first week and auto-carded it, so ha.

This is why I need to know who to give titles to as whenever I do, the crowd never likes it.

If you auto card the whole GmMode you may be winning at first, but by the end you will be losing.



Ps: You don't have to assign titles at the start of the game, you can always make a title match, without anyone holding the title, and see who wins the title.

I know, but even still, I will probably end up putting in popular wrestlers.

That's the problem I find. I can get about 4 superstars into the 90+ popularity, but then I have left 5 good wrestlers behind (on RAW).

Although this post is about Title Assigning, I'll quickly add another question seeming you are replying, and that it -

Whenever I look at the other roster, all their wrestlers (by about August) have 80+ popularity. So. How can I raise say Kane and Edge, without lowering Jericho's and Big Show's etc.?

tag titles are very easy....

just giv it to any1 or any2....lol

the best way to improve the title matches of the tag champs...

is to create rivalry,dont for get that rivalry could end in an instant if you put the other on the match that the other isnt in it...

i suggest doing single matches with managers....to make the rivalry realy good...this way,you can mix the match between the 4...the tag champs and their rival tag...

also...as i'ved said in my other post...legend superstars would be 1 of the keys if you dont want to "takeover"...

if you have a CAW,a created superstar...it also helps but it'll be kinda hard to raise his popularity(not for me,though)...to raise his/her popularity...use the trash superstars to give him higher popularity...in mine,he never lost...coz i always play his match without controlling his opponent...

if you're really new or just getting to know GM mode...GM mode would be kinda hard...but just keep on playing till you get the hang of the game...

Well if you have a good enough rivalry going(three thumbs up), It does't matter if one of them loses, there popularaties still go up.
