Can sum1 plz tell me how 2 beat Winona's pokemon Altaria an her Steel pokemon Skarmory?????? Im playin the game now an Im about 2 break it lol kuz itz ****in me off

i just started this website but i beat the game in like five days (getting all badges and beating elite four) and winona is hard but think about maybe getting some ice pokemon or water ones and training them till they get to some ice moves another way is you can easily find some rough rock ones and teach them rock tomb..(i think you got that in the dewford gym right?>_<) and skarmory... (GRRRRRR!!!!) think about getting a fire pokemon because when you think of it fire BURNS steel.. so either find some tough water or ice pokemon or rugged rock, and some fire pokemon for Skarmory (GRRRR!!)LOL good luck!!!
