Thank you for responding to my post,I have already looked at the Trainer Troubleshooting Checklist and tryed opening it with the note pad but all it saids is Can not read file it may be corrupted or Unrecognzied....anyays thay work on this old paice of junk computer i have in storage so i will use hook that up and use it there.

I got the same problem. I do have the 1.1.1368 V. And the ingame menu comes up with the list of all commands. When i try one command combination, the (for example) "Infinite Hull On" comes up but none of these commands actually works. I've read everything you're s'posed to do so you avoid unnecessary trouble-making.

I wouldn't want anything else than this trainer to work So do you have any hints about what to do?

Slimpurt -- Did you try #4 on our checklist? Use the fixed version of the file?

I've tried all the points you took in that checklist, but the only thing i HAVN'T tried yet is the 1.2 V. of the game and if i dun remember awfully bad i think 1 person wrote earlier that the trainer worked for him after that update, so i guess i just have to wait and see a litle bit longer

Sorry, it sounds like something in your system just isn't allowing the trainer to run properly. Almost everyone having problems were able to get it working using the fixed version of the game (if all else failed). It most definitely will not work with v1.2 until we release a new version that's compatible.

Hello agin,Ok i did everything on the cheak list still isn't working,And yes ah megagames.com has always had what i needed untill now,i'v downloaded one of the fix things but i dono how to use it..a little help whould be nice..thank you.

The fixed exes usually have instructions on how to install them but this is basically what you do with every fixed exe, ok..

1. download your fix from gamecopyworld.com or gameburnworld.com (make sure you have the original game first or its illegal)
2. move the file you get from the above download into your DARKSTARONE folder , where ever you have installed the game, usually its in c:/program files/DARKSTARONE something like that.
3. unpack the file (it will usually be a zip or rar file) into the darkstarone folder and say YES!! when it asks if it should replace the current file.

Thats generally it.. this will be 100% ur problem of why it isnt working, if you have followed the instructions and have downloaded the correct fix then the trainer will work fine.

This helped me

I was using the German version with beta 1.2 Update.
( The game looks english, but if you check the properties of the
darkstarone.exe it could say "german", please check this)

Getting back to 1.1xxx
I reinstalled the game using the setup.exe over the original installation
( yeah, yeah, you Should uninstall first, but I like the dangerous road )

Getting the english version of the game
Secondly, get the DarkStarOne [English] 1.0 Fixed exe from GameCopyworld
To be precise, I used this Link
Then make a backup copy of your original darkstarone.exe
Lastly copy the "fixed" files to your darkstarone.exe folder overwriting your old darkstarone.exe file

Thats it, your done.. The trainer should work 100% now... it did for me ( finally no more flak-failures w00t ^^ )
