yes you can on tantooine where you get the droid guy hk-47 or whatever you can but upgrades their

No you dumb *** you can't the guy just says you can. No-where in the game can you buy upgrades for your swoop. Its just that way. And busta its not hard to beat "every" race on "every planet" cos there are only 2 racing places. 1. Tatooine 2. Manaan. (Taris) but you have to do that and the times to beat are crappy.
