Hi Once I find an item with the item finder in the Sapphire version of Pokemon, how do I get the item.

you should probably ask this on the Sapphire board, but whatever you use the item finder, it'll say theres an item near by, you walk around pressing A for each step, and look all around that spot, it'll soon say you found the item
