Hey I beat that part..just gotta find rose now.
Okay so:
When you get to the big tree basically right after you find him cut him off there..if you don't make it and he gets by like if you not on the path enough then restart that part to wherever you saved last..so save often.When you get him the first time while she's talking press ESC and after you hit that press P on the keybord this way you can walk or trot to Davy on the quad bike.When you get in front of him (make sure the he won't be able to get pass) He'll stop.And then you have to find the horses.Incase you need help with this.Follow the arrows pointing to the river thing it looks like a bridge and then you'll find them all around there but when you first get over the gate thing after where you wanna be look to your right and there's your first horse.And another hint your last horse is way near the end of that section of land. Hope this helps if you need it explained better just let me know.

And if anyone can help me with the whole Rose situation.I know where she's at like in that creepy place and I can hear her but where is she exactly??Please let me know ASAP

Did you guys get the code for Blacklocks? If not then look on the page you ripped out of the phone booth.Theres a big ad it says JD something and theres a tree on it.It's the first 5 numbers on that I think it's like 21 15 5 I'm not positive tho so check it out
