WHAT DOES DACY MEAN WHEN HE SAYS "COME ALONG...INTO THE SADDLE" PLEASE REPLY I HAVE BEEN STUCK FOR AGES!! WHAT DOES HE WANT ME TO DO??

i havn't played this game in a while so i'm not quite sure what i'm doing so right now all i know is that i'm at the part where i talked to davy at the bad guys house (blacklock i think?) and right now i'm not sure what to do? i tired talking to davy again but it won't let me..help? thanks a bunch

please please please please help me . i have been trying to do thid for 3 hours . i am at the part where you have to get the keys out of the well . i found the rope and the magnet and i went over to rose and it wont let me talk to her . then i will go stand by the well and i go to my inventory and then i click on use and nothing happens ? is there a sertian place i should stand? is there an arrow up ? i have know idea how in the world to do this so someone ANYONE please help me . i dont care if you beat the game just anyone who has beat that part please please please help me i have been stuck here for 3 hours !!!!!! this game is fun and i really want to play but know one is writing me back !!!! HELP ME PLEASE !!!!!!!

I am on competition 4 on the cross country course. I get to the double fence and when I go over the first one it says I went over obstacles out of order. I can't figure out where I missed one. Thanks.
