i need hel i wan to trad my rayqusa and gournd to my life green so when i start a new game i can have rell strong pokemon. i will miss my ray qusa but then i whud have to ove them

You need to get the ruby, then the saphire, then you can trade with emerald, ruby, and sapphire.
