the action reply and game shark are cheating devices, and you could probably get them at your game store. you enter codes into the devices, so when you activate them, the codes turn into whatever they are for. confusing? sorry. ok, um..example. if you enter the code for the Mystic Ticket and activate it, when you start up your game, you then have the Mystic Ticket. there are all sorts of codes for the action replay on here, so i would recommend that over a gameshark to you

you should get a dumb friend with the pokemon u want and trade for a weak pokemon or find a really nice friend and trade with them they might like give it to to u for a weak worthlesss pokemon
