I am using the ver. 1.5 patch.

Alright, this game has been out for a long time now. I use a trainer with every other game I own and they all work well with the appropriate games. Why is it that nobody has created a trainer that will give you the following PERMANENT abilities throughout gameplay:

Invincible Player Controlled Generals and/or Armies
Instant Build (When you select the building.)
Instant Repair
Instant Recruit
Instant Retrain
Enemy Always Accepts Your Diplomatic Proposals
Assassins Always Are Successful
Max Traits For All Player Controlled Characters
Max Population For All Cities
Cities Never Riot and/or Citizens Are Always Happy
Player Always Win Autoresolve

and/or

Can use the capture settlement cheat or the force diplomacy cheat, etc.
