yeah where did you get this info can you make a link for us to see?

I can provide them but they all say the same thing...and I quote "Neither the Kotor franchise or the Star Wars Battlefront franchise will be left behind"...end quote by Lucasarts.

That's all that's been said by them about the project...so obviously they'll be one they just haven't begun the process of creating it yet...ie hiring a company, etc...

Do you ever consider we might be clutching at straws?
They might just be telling us what we want to hear, it's been many years after all. I'm a big fan of KOTOR to but I don't think that Lucasarts are taking the franchise seriously...

Even though it may look like they don't they are, trust me...if you read my post a page or so back you'd know that they made quite a lot of money off of both games...and George get's a nice portion of that money for his empire, he couldn't careless about the franchise he just wants the money...I know the wait is killing a lot of the fans but eventually they'll begin talks about the next game.

And to shine a little more light on this one of the main reasons why Lucas has taken this long to put together this project together is they are contractly obliged to other games, and making a Kotor game requires A LOT of people doing A LOT of things...and game companies like Obsidian and Bioware (which I'm sure their shooting for to make the third) are right now busy will other projects themselves. Plus Kotor pretty much 'consumed' Lucasarts attention for 3 and a half years, realistically they needed a break from the franchise...but even then, it's been awhile and I never expected it to take this long...

But have faith kid, it'll be made...it's simply a matter of 'when'...

Currently it's a competition between which will arrive first, KOTOR3 or my new PC parts. The race is on people...

Well this may just be a b.s. rumour (which I think it is) but it's the best to go by right now...(sighs)

u are correct because i have done some digging with my cousin who has some connections to osidian and bioware and no official release date (no months or days) has been set but ya thats all i can say right now because Jackal covered all the info i could find lol
