go to the dock in oakvale on the beach there will be 2 small boats dig with a spade in the middle of them.

First, you should go into the Oakvale cemetery and listen to the 2 guys talking. They will say where the necklace is... between those 2 boats. Anywho, dig it up only if you wanna mary Lady Gray, 'cause else, you would be digging it for nothing!
