you unlock propertys as you progress through the game eventually they will all be open to you like a car garage and a casino

how to i buy the car place in san fierra? i have already did 3 Mike Toreno jobs and get buy it yet. all of the third island is opened up to me, i can only buy things on the west side out in the country tho
