a Euros is a two door coupe that can be found by the casino in Las Venturas that is shaped like a pyramid, it is by the door to the savehouse part of the casino
the gang tags are all over los santos and you should either go to gamefaqs.com to find a map showing their locations or buy the guide to the game since it has maps and pics of every single tag

the tags are all over los santos and you can get a map from gamefaqs.com or just buy the guide since it has maps and pics of every single tag
