you are right.....there are no houses for sale in bowerstone north, so u must get a home owner to follow you outside of the city, then kill him/her or have bandits do the job for you if your a goody goody
also, to get her sister's ghost to talk to you, you must talk to the "insane" guy in the bowerstone cell, he will tell u about lady grey's antics and u take it from there

u dont have to do any killing to get a house to make her happy, just buy the one is south bowersone, or any house in any town for that matter, it doesnt have to be in n.bowerstone, oh and i agree about what he said about the sisters ghost, just dont marry lady grey, because he wont tell u anything, cuz if u marry her there is no point to finding her sisters ghost

yer in the end i exposed her got avo's tear beat the game n lobbed jacks mask in the lavanow i'm doin an evil profile i find this 1 much more fun
