does anyone know how a sim can get career awards? what do they have to do to get them? my sims do well at work but have never gotten a career award like the podium or milatary obstacle course. thanks

Each career unlocks a different reward, and all at different levels of the career. Its normally around job level 4, 5 or 6. After you get a promotion check the career rewards and look through the whole page to try find anything you've unlocked.

hey, ive got a cheat for unlocking career rewards , just follow these instructions. 1. when u r playing the sims press down on ur keypad CTRL,then THE BUTTON UP ABOVE CTRL WITH THE ARROW ON IT AND THE LETTER C AND THE SPACE BAR. 2.hold them in together and a white box should appear at the top of your screen click on it a nd type in unlockcareerrewards and it hs to be all together no spaces no cap locks and make sure u spell it right. then the whit box should go away (if u have spelled it right) and go in to your career rewards and u will be able to get them!

mmkay heres my help. haha im a master at this game

press ctl+shift+c to bring up the cheats bar.
enter "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled True" (no quotes... notice spacing and capitalization). chose an adult sim then hold shift and click on the newspaper. something should come up letting you pick any career, pick any level of the career you have, or get career rewards. chose career rewards and pick the job that has that reward. then go to that sims career rewards and you will see that you can now chose it and put it in your lot.
