how do i get to the battledome's control level?

Hello, I have been playing ratchet deadlocked for almost a year now, and I can assure that I have become quite skilled enough, developing killing techniques with various weapons that require practice to perform.
However there is one thing I would like to ask about, the fusion rifle, and how people snipe you out from great distances in seconds without zooming, I have been searching everywhere but couldn't find any answers and those who can actually do it well say that it is all skill(which I really doubt it is)
I am just asking about this because it is quite ridiculously accurate to snipe that way an believe that it requires skill do so as it seems impossible to me no matter how hard I try, so any ideas?

its a fun and hard skill, alsoull have to learnthat every gun when not zoomed in, alway shoots higher, like if Im not zoomed in on the Anti-Matter Rifle( Phusian rifle just higher than lvl 10) I can aim at the dudes wast or nees and get a head shot. it tkes some time to gt use toit but very helphul, tust me, all I use is lvl 99 Anti-Matter Rifle I love i, get it with shock mod and ull dominate, but its just u have to be able to react in a heart beat and be able to know , ok hes that far away and it shoots that mutch higher, s I should aim this low. Its a very helphul skill to learn.
