the first treasure is on the left side of the dock on the beach by his wife, u need a spade to get it

yes, if u give the 500 gold to the ghost's wife and tell her that he was a fisherman, then go back to the ghost and he will tell u of more treasure burried in the graveyard in oakvale, u get a silver key and an obsidian greatax i think

The treasure in the graveyard is under the axe of one of the statues. you don’t have to give the ghosts wife the gold to be able to dig it up either.

if you dont have the strategy guide how are u supposed to know u dont have to give the money, and know the location, just do what u think is right if u want to be good or bad

If you want to be good give her the gold and you will get about 50 good points if you are bad or don't need more good points just dig up both treasures
