where do u get a masterball and how do u duplicate them cuz my friend said that there was this cheat 2 get like 99 masterballs or something

After you beat Giovanni in the Silph Co. building (Saffron) talk to the owner and he will give it to you.

To duplicate it, put it in the sixth item slot in your inventory. Then go to Viridian city and talk to the old guy that shows you how to catch pokemon. when he's done showing you fly to Cinnibar Island and surf up and down the right side, half on land and half in the water. Eventually you will encounter either a Block M Block or a Missing No. Either kill it or run away (DO NOT CATCH). You will have about 150 masterballs.

Go to the 5th floor in Silph Co. and walk all the way to the left. Go down, you will run into a spot that has a warp tile and a Rocket blocking the way around it. Step onto the warp tile and then go back through it so that you end up back where you were. The Rocket will battle you then continue past him to the right and you will find the Card Key.
