People complaining about losing their Sims 2 box and cant install it because they have no serial number, well, heres some bad news...
Every single box has a different serial number! Dont go asking people for their serial number because if they give it to you, it just wont work because its not with the right CD. I couldnt find my box once, so I tried to guess it but it just wouldnt work, until I found my box.
So if some guy out there that is going to move house, or you know a guy who is going to move house, then remind yourself/tell them that they should right down the number on a piece of paper and put it in their pocket. That way when you go to install Sims 2, you will still have the number.

And if youre saying that it worked once, well, thats just luck. Whats the point of having serial numbers if they are all the same? Look at your Sims 1 expansion packs. They all have different serial numbers.

Hopefully I just clarified that annoying problem
