i need help i cant defeat optium alfred!!!! how long should it take? what am i doing wrong if anything

the rat cave go find your rat suit and defeat them when the icon on hte right hand corner starts flashing tap it and when you get close enough to one of them just look at he board with the three figures on it and when it lights up in a whiteish color press and if its green htat means it was sucessful keep doind it until jail bars go around them
