You have to use an Action Replay or Gameshark, or wait for a nintendo event. Also, if you know someone who has it on a FireRed or LeafGreen game, you can mix records with them. So without cheating, you can't

i ve heard if you go to the space centre after catching every single pokemon in the game and beating pokemon league once u can go to the space centre talk to all of the ppl nd 1 will say do u want to go to the moon if you say yes you will find a deoxys lv.75 sitting there. i dont no if this is true but it mite be?!?!?! IS ANYONE GOING TO PROVE THIS!!! the answer is no, i dont no who cud be bothered to do this

u put a wobbufets prevolution at the front of ur party but i evolved mine so i dont no and wobbufets dont have sex so...

well, to get to mirage island one of your pokemon has to have a "special" number. its like for the lottery but you dont know it. any pokemon can have this number. and all you find on the island are Wynaut and a rare berry
