u need 2 beat the elite 4. then go talk to oak. then go 2 1 island. then talk 2 celio. he gives u the rainbow ticket to island 4567

to get to the rainbow island you need to have 60 pokemons, if you do go to profesor oak then he is goin to give a national pokedex. now go to cielo and he is goin to tel you to get the ruby go to m.t ember and find two roket men protecting a cave. go in that cave and get the ruby .then return the ruby to cielo
