I need to know how to get a horse and how to make cookies. Where can I get tea to give to Parsley,

You can get a horse by helping out Bob at his farm by doing part-time work. I don't know if you can even make cookies... And you can get tea... Well.... By making it! (Sorry, but I don't know how)
