no, you can't.
Clash 1 has Rock Lee unlocked by beating story mode, Kyubi Naruto by beating 1p mode with everyone twice and Sharingan Kakashi by beating 1p mode with him without dieng after you unlock Kyubi. Clash of Ninja 2 you just buy everyone.
