When you have arrived in Pacifidlog City, take Wailord and Relicanth, place Wailord in the first slot and Relicanth in the last slot. Now surf west.
These 3 routes are all filled with currents and small islands. Ill try to describe where you should be going, but here it goes. Make sure you begin with the current below, not in the middle or at the top. Beginning with the down part of the current it will take you west. If you continue with the current leading you till you reach a square shorw with 4 trainers and an item on it. From their go west till you stop. You will reach a sandy thin island with one CoolTrainer on it. Go down to see rocks seperating into two paths, go below the rocks and take the current till it leads you to a squarish shore island. Now save as this is the tricky part. If you count how long the shore island is on its west side you should count 6 steps. At the third step surf west from there and you will arrive at a diving spot.
Dive and enter the entrance and then follow the long path till you reach a mountain with Braille written on it. Dive out and you will enter the Sealed Chamber (If you dive out and end up back in Route 134, then use Dig while your underwater and you should be able to arrive in the Sealed Chamber.) Go all the way to the end and use Dig to open a new path. Go all the way to the end. Read it and then an earthquake will happen. You must place Wailord first and Relicanth last for it to happen. Get out and fly to Dewford City.

I went to cheatscodesguides.com (because Cheat Happens has the link at the top of their page) and they said to put Relicanth first and WAILMER last. that's why I thought it was Wailmer. From now on I will never trust any other site except Cheat Happens.
