go to dude in black and then go to the door behind him then turn left in through the door at end and go to computer enter code!!!

Can u help me with this? Please?!! I´ve cleaned up all 3 toilets, and 3 showers and the sink and mopped the floor at the barracks but it shows that the goal is not completed. I´ve tried to clean it all again, many times, but it doesn´t give the option "clean" anymore for anything... I don´t know what to do!!! Hey. I´ve tried the mirror already but does not give the option "clean". Really cannot understand! I´ve started the game all over again... and guess what!? Once more it doesn´t complete the goal... My boyfriend played with his sim and was fine, the goal was completed with no problem... I must be doing something wrong but I can´t figure it out, I even cleaned the sink in the kitchen and the toilet and shower at the laboratory... and nothing... You most probably cannot help me, sorry I just neeeded to put it out, it´s so frustrating... cheers Sabine
