I would have to say fighting Kraser while you have Ashley, but you also have Saddler on your and keep both of them from killing her and you. And don't forget the big armored suit guys, along with machine gun guy and chainsaw freak which come out after you beat saddler. All this with fire balls being thrown at you and Ashley.
