well, to get the National Pokedex, you need to get 80(?) pokemon in your pokedex, and the see Prof.Oak. you might need to beat the Elite Four first though, so do that first. you need the Nation Pokedex to be able to go to Islands 4-7. when you're that far, you need to find the Ruby and Saphire for Celio. when that's all done, then you can trade with Ruby/Saphire/Emerald

your all wrong, you need to beat team rocket and get the ruby and spphire stone into the computer on I think one island, you get to go to the islands after you beat the elite four, after you have put the ruby and sapphire into the computer thing, you can trade from all 3rd gen. pokemon games. You can also be able to go to the mysterious dugeon to get mewtwo. I hope I helped you out
