is there a way to do it with out cheats couse i cant do anything after tht guy (forgot name)talks yo me he just stands there

ok,if u have not updated/patched SIN via steam then here's a solution.If U patched already then that fixes the problem of Radek,U4labs.
here,go to SE1 folder where U installed Sinepisodes game.Then CFG folder.under that U have Autoexec.cfg.open that and delete the line ai_norebuildgraph 0.save autoexec file.
if that line is not there then fine.
Ok? load the game.play the level SE1_U4lab02.just BEFORE entering the forcefield when talk with Radek begins.SAVE your game.bring the Console down(~) and type ai_norebuildgraph 0 .press enter.
LOAD the game u just saved now of U4Lba02.then enjoy the cutscene with radek and proceed with the game.
if it doesn;t work do tell me.
