Can anyone tell me in detail what i has ta do in orda to get the 3 regi's. I DUN GET IT AND AH NEE HELP!

go to route 126 and fight and win.then go to route 115 and go into the cave.use flash and press up up left down right right down up up.then they will be right in front of you.
note: its best to catch them with a timer ball.
