If you want to be a vampire that bad join the dark brotherhood(murder somebody) and then after u do all the quests the vampire asks you to do u tell him you want to be a vampire, I'm a vampire but im bad so... I like my jobs, kill people rawr!

if you want to cure (you will eventualy, trust me) go speak to lucian lachance (Dark Brotherhood Member(the person you get the first lot of quests from)) and ask him about 'Vampire Cure'. Follow what your journal tells you to do until you have to get 5 Grand Soul Gems. Most Mages Guilds sell them and so do some other mage stores (check in the imperial city for 1 or 2). If you have got to the point where you can go in the Arcane Univerity (not as hard as it sounds) then there is loads in display cases (look everywere you can go). After that you have to get some ingreiants and again they are sold in the mages guild and other alchiemical shops (this does not include the bloodgrass, you have to get that yourself from an oblivian plane). After that when you have to kill the vampire just follow the marker through the dungeon (exept at the begginig when you have to get the key to the door) and pick up every weopon you can find, even in containers, this is because when you find the vampire he is unarmed and unarmored and will run to any weopon he can find. If you get over encumbered then just drop the most rubbish weapon. Doing this is worth it because he is 5 level above you no matter how high you are and can easily beat you given half the chance. After that just follow what your journal tells you to do and when Hal-Liurz (I think thats her name) tells you to wait were you are, do cos if you follow her the game wont progress.
