I know it's a random event, but is it like getting Anti-form when you do something to trigger it or...?

u dont do anything to trigger it, it just comes.
go to the cerberus cup and keep using different forms, keep doing the cup over until u get it
(make sure uve passed memorys skyscraper in the world that never was or ull be wasting ur time. if u save at Proof of Existance and go to the cups u will be fine)
