Yeah it's ok adding a scroll but i prefer to just add the spell, you know for future, i only know of three spells you need off by heart

player.addspell 00000f1a Frost bolt
player.addspell 000c9ba5 Fortify Magicka
player.addspell 0003c3dc sever magicka

other than that you could try looking around the arcane university for someone who would sell you the spells

Well, first of all, take Hrormir's Staff back to Methredhel and she'll tell you to spy on Lex - Sticking to him closely enough to overhear any conversation. He'll eventually recieve an order to restore the borrowed guards to their original duties. Then a Dremora appears to the north, walks up to the captain, and delivers a note. Keep an eye on that note. Lex drops it and it skitters away from him. Retrieve it to discover that it's from Raminus Polus of the mages guild.(because you stole the staff) Return to Methredhel (still at Amni's place) and she gives you one last job: (I'm getting this out of the strategy guide) Return Hrormir's Icestaff to the Mages Guild. Not directly, but to a "safe chest" in the home of former university researcher Ontus Vanin. The house is in the north wall in the district's southwest corner, and the chest is upstairs against the southeast wall. Hit it in the P.M. on a weekday, and Ontus won't be home. Anyway, my fingers are getting tired so this should get you going. Remember, if you get stuck, your journal should help you.
