the way i was taught how to do it was the person who stands on to corner has to aim the the tip of the persons head(one who is standing on ledge).
Then he gets off the ledge(other person does not move at all) then he snipes him in the corner of the helmet.

it worked ...i havent tried the ledge part but the other way worked fine..it sucks that you cant pick it up though
