im not sure this is true, i had valor at six and wisdom at 3 (i think, ive since started working on wisdom)
and as an extra gift: leveling the forms:
valor: hit enemies, u get xp for hitting them NOT killing them, best done at the world that never was, where all the shadows are
wisdom: levels up by killing heartless, best done at olympus, if u run out of drive enter a tournament and quit to get ur drive back
master: levels up by picking up drive orbs, 3 xp for large orb, 1 xp for small ones. this is the easiest form to level up, i leveled it twice in one transformation at beasts castle, all the enemies there drop lots of orbs
final: levels from defeating heartless, best done at world that never was, naughts skyway.
