Hey guys I'm new at his but I have a couple questions. So i'm up to the part where you have to get 5 mechancial skills and then break into the penthouse and i have 4 but I can't find the fifth anywhere!! Does anybody have any idea whre it might be?
Oh and one more thing. Where do I find peoples cell phones when they lose them?

u can find mechanical points in the chiller, mama hoggs room (above the saloon), and i dunno anywhere else
