Yes, Andre4794, it does help. Here's an example: I was pretty bored one day so I set the day to Christmas becase I had heard about it, took my dog for a walk, and got the smart clock. I kept on doing it and I eventually got the lucky collar (which brings luck to the wearer).

By the way, the combat helicopter is the same as the other one except it looks like an army helicpter.
