Kingdom Hearts 2 Message Board  

I haven't beaten the game yet so don't tell me the ending or anything, but is there going to be a kingdom hearts 3? Man I can't believe so many of you have beaten w/ school and softball im not home until like 6:30 at night. Is there going to be a kingdom hearts 3 or does the ending just suggest it or something?

Most likely due to the ending it will have a kingdom hearts 3 due to the secret ending that you can view it leaves alot of us wandering

Yea,.theres most likely gonna be a sequel. But it took 4 years for KH2 to come out since the first. Two years after the first we got the GBA Chain of Memories. So, its possible we might see another portable KH within the next 2-3 years. Maybe a full sequel in 2010 around that time where they adress every issue with KH2, and make it look even more CGI-ish with the PS3's capabilities. Sqaure has quite a few series to deal with. They do alot. They made the Final Fantasy movie, Dragon Quest, Final Fantasy, and many other franchises they are trying to get up and running, including in the online FFXI. So, we wont see a sequel to KH for a little while. Dont u juss wish things where like back then, when Final Fantasy were coming out every year or 2 with completely brand new stories? Lol. I wish they could do that with KH instead of releasing a full console sequel in 4 years again. It would be crappy, but worth it in the long run.

if they do make a portable version i sure hope its for the psp and not the gba that game drove me crazy i thought it would have been so much better if it was on the psp or ven the ds peace love and chicken grease ya'll

I think it'll be good for PSP or DS. Yea, Chain of Memories was great, I loved the combat, but i hated the level design. Almost every room was the same. Thats what I didnt like. I think if they make another portable version, it would prolly be better for the DS. Yea, PSP has better graphics, but it doesnt have enough buttons. A game like Kingdom Hearts uses every button in some way on the PS2. The only buttons we didnt have to worry about is L2 and R2 in KH2. There would be a huge problem in camera controlling if they made it for PSP. With the DS, they can take advantage of its screen for camera, easy managing of items, and magic. I think it'll overall work better on DS. But whatever they decide, if there's a portable one, lets hope they can make it more original this time around. I aint like that they recycled the levels from KH1, even tho it was sortof a different storyline.

yes due to the secret ending there is goign to be a third i think its going to take place far in the future when sora and riku and kari are like 20-25 due to the secret ending it will probably be in a magazine a year from now
