at snowspire when u speak to the oracles, a woman glowing green just standing right next to my platform just says the oracle knows everything blahh blahh. does she need to ask a favor or something fomr the oracles?

Nope. She's just telling you that even though you have completed the game you can still ask the oracle questions. It'd be good if you did have to find out something for her though.
