If I remember well you are at the place where you saw the Vizier for the first time. When Farah shoots the bell down move it to the left and make sure it's by the wall. Now grab some polls and climb to the door. Now wall run right and activate the dagger switch. Now go down and climb the bell and wall run left go up and go throught the door.
