anyone here no how to get skinnier after getting obese? does it slowly go away or is there a solutio

it very, very slowly goes away but try dieting, eating lite, ie: carrots, apples & tofu.
stay away from red meat & fattening pies. =)

when you're obese it really slows ya down in a fight!
